Week one
Closing. Get keys. Maine Water account transfer. CMP account. OOB Sewer District. Trash sticker (free, Town Hall). Internet (Spectrum or Consolidated). USPS forwarding.
Week two
Vehicle registration (Town Clerk). Driver's license (Maine BMV, Saco office is closest). Voter registration (Town Clerk).
Within first 60 days
Homestead exemption application (file with Assessor by April 1 of the year you become primary). Open primary care. Notify previous-state of address change.
Within first year
File first Maine resident return. Update will and estate plan if you've changed legal residence.
