Boating in and around OOB
OOB itself has no harbor, boats launch from Camp Ellis (Saco) and Pine Point (Scarborough). For OOB owners, those are the two practical addresses for slip rental and launch ramps.

Camp Ellis
Saco River mouth. Camp Ellis Marine and Camp Ellis Pier offer slips, fuel, ice, and lobster pound. Public boat launch at the end of Bay Avenue.
Pine Point
Scarborough River mouth. Pine Point Fisherman's Co-op operates the working harbor; Pine Point Yacht Club for recreational membership; public launch ramp at the end of Avenue 5.
Sailing & yachting
Centerboard Yacht Club (Saco) for small-boat sailing and racing. Larger sail and power moorings at Wood Island Harbor (off Biddeford) and South Portland.
