- May 12, 10th Annual Chowder Fest, 2 Old Orchard Road / Pier. Maine chowder competition; tasting and voting.
- Mid-May, Spring Block Party, Downtown OOB. Community block party kicking off the season.
- May 25, 1pm, Memorial Day Parade, Downtown / Memorial Park. Honoring U.S. veterans.

- Early June, OOB Scottish Festival, Veteran's Memorial Park. Pipers, highland dancing, athletics, bazaar.
- Jun 6, 9, Back to the Beach Corvette Weekend, Downtown OOB. Corvettes fill downtown for 4 days.

- Jul 3, 3, 6pm, Ocean Park Sand Sculpture Competition, Beach between Randall and Ancona. 33rd Annual sand sculpture contest.
- Jul 4, OOB 4th of July (Parade, Concert, Fireworks), Ocean Park, Seaside Pavilion, Pier. Three events stack on July 4.
