Residential and very quiet. Even in peak summer, you'll see fewer people here than at Kinney Shores or downtown.
Access
Residential street access only, limited public parking. Do not assume parking is available at Grand Beach.
Best for
Beach walks, off-season dog walks, and reading a book without amusement-park noise.
Surf and conditions
Generally calmer than Surfside or downtown. Mid-tide is the most usable for swimming.
